Based near Pekin, IL, this full-time CNC Field Service Technician role travels to customer sites to diagnose and repair CNC machines, ensuring minimal downtime and steady production.

You’ll troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues, perform installs and calibrations, and train customers on basic operation while travel expenses are covered by the company.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of CNC machine repair, maintenance, or service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills (mechanical + electrical).
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
• Comfortable working independently in the field.

This is a hands-on field service position where you'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machines at customer sites. Every day is different, and your skills directly impact production.

What Travel Looks Like

• Local and regional travel to customer sites
• Some overnight travel (varies by workload)
• Company support for travel expenses

What You'll Be Doing

• Travel to customer sites to service CNC machines
