Job summary

ProSearch Recruiting Partners is seeking experienced CNC Field Service Technicians with a strong background in metalworking machinery, specifically CNC lathes, turning centers, and 5-axis machining centers. You will install, troubleshoot, and repair sophisticated CNC machinery at customer facilities with a focus on electrical and mechanical diagnostics.

The role requires travel up to 80%+, including overnight assignments.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC lathes, turning centers, and 5-axis machining centers.
• Proficient in precision alignment, calibration, and inspections.
• Ability to travel 80%+ including overnights.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine alignments, calibrations, inspections, and precision adjustments
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize downtime
• Support machine installations, startup, testing, and operational verification
• Provide technical support and communicate service findings to customers and internal management
