The ideal candidate will possess advanced machine tool knowledge and at least 3 years' experience in field service. Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, training clients, and preparing machines for shipment. This position requires up to 100% travel. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in machine tool field service.
• Complete knowledge of mechanical systems and components.
• Working knowledge of applications processes and programming.

Responsibilities

• Dismantle and prepare machines for shipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair major machine tool problems.
• Train customers on CNC control systems.
