Job summary

Sterling Engineering is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer with hands-on CNC machining experience to support customers at their sites. You will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machine tools and related equipment across multiple regions, ensuring optimal performance.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in CNC machining or related fields, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• CNC machining experience is required.
• Experience with CNC milling machines and/or EDM equipment preferred.
• 6+ years of CNC machining or related tech experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical/technical skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.

Compensation: $80,000–$110,000, depending on experience, skill level, and region

Travel: Regional and domestic travel to customer sites
