Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks a skilled CNC Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and optimize high-end CNC machines across hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• Strong field service background on CNC or similar industrial machinery.
• Direct experience troubleshooting and repairing major machine systems (hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical).
• Ability to read and work from part diagrams and schematics.
• Experience with machine tool integration and robotic systems is highly desirable.
• Strong organization and prioritization to manage multiple service demands.
• Solid problem-solving ability and composure under tight deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication for customer-facing work.
• Proven strong work ethic and ownership mindset in the field.

CNC Field Service Technician -

Keep high-end CNC equipment running at its best

You know your way around modern CNC machining centers, turning centers, and grinding machines – and you like being the one everyone calls when it really matters.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to technician diagnosing and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems on advanced CNC equipment used across automotive, aerospace, construction equipment, medical, and IT manufacturing.

You’ll work from a new, state-of-the-art technical facility with office, conference, high-tech showroom, and integration areas as your home base.

What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnosing issues on modern CNC machining centers, turning centers, and grinding machines
• Troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic systems on CNC equipment
• Troubleshooting and repairing pneumatic systems on CNC equipment
• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems and components
• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical assemblies and motion systems
• Reading and interpreting part diagrams and schematics to track down root causes
• Supporting machine tool integration projects
• Working with robotic systems as part of automation and integration work
• Prioritizing service calls and managing your workload against strict deadlines
• Documenting work clearly and communicating status to internal teams and customers
• Leveraging a modern technical facility, showroom, and integration areas to support your work
• Applying strong problem-solving skills in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations

What We're Looking For

• Strong field service or maintenance background on CNC or similar industrial machinery
• Direct experience troubleshooting and repairing major machine systems (hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical)
• Ability to read and work from part diagrams and schematics
• Experience with machine tool integration and robotic systems (highly desirable)
• Strong organization and prioritization skills to manage multiple service demands
• Solid problem-solving ability and composure under pressure and strict deadlines
