DN Solutions America is seeking a Management-level Customer Support Service Expert to oversee field service operations across CA, including training, scheduling, and technical support for engineers and technicians. The role focuses on profitability, service quality, and customer satisfaction while traveling extensively.

The position requires a Bachelor's in engineering, 5+ years in a machine tool environment, and strong PLC/Fanuc/Siemens knowledge, with 50–75% travel and on-the-road duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or engineering technology.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in a Machine Tool Company, Milling, Turning, 5 axis.
• Previous people manager responsibilities and proven leadership ability.
• Knowledge of Fanuc & Siemens controllers.
• Understand PLC systems and diagrams.
• Ability to operate forklift truck and manual lifting equipment.
• Travel Requirements: 50%-75% travel.
• Work Location: On the road.
• Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
• Job Type: full-time

Responsibilities

• Provide local training to improve FSE skill sets.
• Provide Field support to Technicians when needed.
• Schedule and provide technical support to the engineers in the Service Department.
• Manage open issues within the department.
• Provide estimates for future service jobs.
• Issue and manage Quality Reports.
• Provide technical support to our distribution network, including troubleshooting, part identification, and machine installation assistance and provide service support in the field.
• Provide performance reviews, interview perspective employees and schedule employee training.
• Assist in the scheduling, shipping and receiving, installation, inspection and pack up of showroom machines.
• Conduct and fulfill regulatory facility-related safety audits on a regular basis.
• Manage the service report documentation and billing process.
• Other duties as assigned.
