Job summary

Dn Solutions America Corporation is seeking a Field Service Engineer to handle installations, repairs, and upgrades of CNC machining equipment. The role requires solving technical problems and ensuring customer satisfaction while working independently and in teams.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered. This position entails significant travel and is full-time.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years working experience in a machine tool company.
• Travel requirements: 50%-75% travel.
• Work location: on the road.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational training, testing, adjusting, troubleshooting, and repair of CNC equipment.
• Plan and coordinate activities related to installing, repairing, and upgrading equipment.
• Examine machinery to detect equipment problems and analyze root causes.

Skills

Knowledge of Fanuc machines and CNC engines

Understanding of PLC systems and diagrams

Proficiency with MS Office

Ability to operate forklift truck and manual lifting equipment

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, or engineering technology)
