Job summary

Ellison Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support local CNC machinery customers in the Raleigh–Fayetteville area.

You will work hands-on with advanced CNC centers and turning centers, performing service, installations and preventive maintenance. The role includes a company vehicle or car allowance, company phone and laptop, covered fuel expenses, and a fast reimbursement process, with a focus on removing distractions so you can deliver top‑notch service.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, maintaining, and/or repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers.
• Repair skills focused on the mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical aspects of your craft.
• Willingness to drive locally within the Raleigh area.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service, installations or PMs as required.
• Resolve customer issues and provide sales support and some training.
• Communicate effectively with a variety of different people.
• Represent Ellison Technologies professionally and ethically at all times, with all actions in line with business expectations.
• Take ownership of all service cases, projects, etc., and maintain all customer records and technical documentation.
• Other related duties as assigned.

As a Field Services Engineer, you’ll support clients across a locally defined territory with a primary focus on the Raleigh Fayetteville markets.
