Job summary

DN Solutions America is looking for a Field Service Engineer in Williamsburg, Michigan. In this full-time role, you will provide post-sales support to clients, troubleshoot CNC machining equipment, and work both independently and in a team. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, at least 2 years of experience in a machine tool company, and be willing to travel 50%-75%. Benefits include 401(k), health insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years working experience in a Machine Tool Company, Milling, Turning, 5 axis.
• 50%-75% travel requirement.
• Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational training to clients.
• Troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, and install CNC machining equipment.
• Analyze machinery to detect problems and determine root causes.
• Advise management on equipment defects and product performance.

Skills

Knowledge of Fanuc & Siemens controllers

Understand PLC systems and diagrams

MS Office

Ability to operate forklift truck

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, or engineering technology)
