Job summary

Ellison Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Field Services Engineer to support clients within the St. Louis MO region.

You will perform field service, installations and preventive maintenance on CNC equipment, resolving issues while delivering top‑tier customer support. Ideal candidates have hands‑on experience with CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers, with repair skills spanning mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

Qualifications

Ideally someone with experience installing, maintaining and/or repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers.
Developed repair skills focused on mechanical, hydraulic and electrical aspects of the craft.

Responsibilities

Perform field service, installations or PMs as required.
Resolve customer issues and provide sales support.
Communicate effectively with a variety of different people.
Represent Ellison Technologies professionally and ethically at all times, with all actions in line with business expectations.
Take ownership of all service cases, projects, etc., and maintain all customer records and technical documentation.
Other related duties as assigned.
