Job summary

Ellison Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Field Services Engineer to support clients within the St. Louis MO region.

You will perform field service, installations and preventive maintenance on CNC equipment, resolving issues while delivering top‑tier customer support. Ideal candidates have hands‑on experience with CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers, with repair skills spanning mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• Ideally someone with experience installing, maintaining and/or repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers.
• Developed repair skills focused on mechanical, hydraulic and electrical aspects of the craft.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service, installations or PMs as required.
• Resolve customer issues and provide sales support.
• Communicate effectively with a variety of different people.
• Represent Ellison Technologies professionally and ethically at all times, with all actions in line with business expectations.
• Take ownership of all service cases, projects, etc., and maintain all customer records and technical documentation.
• Other related duties as assigned.

As a Field Services Engineer, you’ll support clients across a locally defined territory with a primary focus on the St Louis Missouri Market. You’ll work hands‑on with cutting‑edge technology while partnering with a diverse client base—all within an organization that truly backs its service technicians.

We set you up for success from day one. You’ll receive a car allowance (or, in some cases, a company vehicle), company‑provided cell phone and laptop, covered fuel expenses, and a fast, hassle‑free reimbursement process. Our goal is simple: remove distractions so you can focus on what you do best—maintaining top‑of‑the‑line equipment and delivering exceptional service that turns customers into raving fans.

This role is not a national “road warrior” position. While travel is required, it’s focused on local clients within the MO territory (expected 50% w/ paid travel).
