VulcanForms is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support our 24/7/365 manufacturing facility. You will ensure CNC uptime, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems on equipment and post-processing lines.

The role covers Friday to Sunday shifts and alternating Thursdays, with a pay range of $32.60–$44.83 per hour plus a 5% shift differential. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with match, and generous

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on CNC equipment maintenance and repair.
• Strong knowledge of electrical schematics and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Familiarity with OSHA Lockout/Tagout procedures and machine safety.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with maintenance planners to build a weekly maintenance schedule.
• Troubleshoot and repair CNC equipment and post processing machinery.
• Install and maintain electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Use blueprints and manuals to guide troubleshooting and repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Diagnose root causes and perform corrective actions.
• Dismantle and reassemble machinery components safely.
• Operate hand and power tools for electrical and metalworking tasks.
• Support shipping/receiving as needed and mentor junior staff.
• Comply with OSHA standards and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
