Job summary

Microtech Knives Inc. is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to ensure smooth operation of facilities, machinery, and work environment in Fletcher, NC.

The role includes maintaining equipment, performing facilities upkeep, and supporting janitorial duties to keep a safe, efficient workspace. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in maintenance, hands-on CNC/machinery experience, and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to read technical manuals and schematics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a maintenance role, preferably in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Experience with facilities maintenance: plumbing, electrical, HVAC.
• Hands-on maintenance of machinery, especially CNC and other manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Facilities maintenance: inspect and address plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building systems.
• Machinery maintenance: perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair CNC/machinery, keep maintenance records.
• Janitorial duties: keep offices and common areas clean and organized, restock supplies.
