This role offers growth in fabrication and manufacturing within a supportive production team. Pay starts at $18–$23 per hour with quarterly bonuses and attendance incentives; full-time on-site position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or production environments.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read work orders and basic shop drawings.
• Ability to operate shop equipment safely.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and complete documentation accurately.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work orders and basic fabrication drawings.
• Operate approved shop equipment safely.
• Build crates and package finished products.
• Identify materials, components, and product specifications.
• Perform basic fabrication and assembly work.
• Maintain logs and reporting for equipment operated.
• Perform material handling (forklift certified).
• Learn and apply basic soldering skills.
• Assist in maintaining efficient production workflows.
• Complete required production paperwork.
• Obtain personal standard fabrication and shop tools for your work area.
