Job summary

Republic Extrusions/Team Pride Extrusions in Megargel, TX is seeking a Fabrication- CNC Operator to run fabrication and CNC equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The role emphasizes safe operation and timely production of quality extrusion products.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma and at least 6 months of CNC or metal fabrication experience, with the ability to read drawings and safety manuals. Bilingual communication with interpreters is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• 6 months of CNC or metal fabrication experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Bilingual communication ability with interpreter support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate Fabrication and CNC equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Identify and report safety concerns to supervision.
• Identify and report maintenance needs to Team Leader.
• Assist with preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Coordinate with Quality to monitor product quality.
• Interpret work orders and drawings.
• Complete daily production reports.
• Maintain a good attendance record.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
