Job summary

Pennex is seeking a Machine Operator to set up and operate fabricating equipment, including CNC machines and robotic cells, to cut, shape and bend aluminum parts. You will ensure quality by measuring parts, inspecting for defects, and following the customer control plan in line with IATF/ISO standards.

Responsibilities include loading materials, performing changeovers, monitoring fluids, and escalating issues to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.
• Able to excel in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Motivated, self-driven, and eager to learn and apply new skills.

Responsibilities

• Follows processes and procedures to ensure quality product goes to the customer.
• Loads and unloads materials onto saws/fixtures.
• Operates and troubleshoots CNC machines and robotic cells.
• Uses gauges, calipers, tape measure, and CMM for quality checks.
• Performs job changeovers including tooling and program verification.
• Reports maintenance or quality issues to Lead or Supervisor.
