This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and documentation. Responsibilities include reading orders, forklift operation, basic soldering, packaging, and completing production paperwork while developing technical

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or production environments preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read work orders and basic shop drawings preferred.
• Ability to safely operate shop equipment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and complete documentation accurately.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work orders and basic fabrication drawings.
• Independently and safely operate approved shop equipment.
• Build crates and properly package finished products.
• Identify materials, components, and product specifications.
• Perform basic fabrication and assembly work.
• Maintain all logs and reporting for equipment operated.
• Perform material handling (forklift certified).
• Learn and apply basic soldering skills.
• Assist in maintaining efficient production workflows.
• Complete required production paperwork.
• Obtain personal standard fabrication and shop tools for your work area.
