Qualifications

• Use of precision measurement tools and gauges.
• Shop math; ability to perform calculations using handbook formulas.
• Associates degree or equivalent in manufacturing.
• 2–3 years of CNC machinery experience (mills, lathes, grinders).

Responsibilities

• Conduct duties with Safety as a priority and comply with Safety Rules.
• Align with 5S standards in work areas.
• Segregate non-conforming materials per work instructions.
• Maintain equipment with daily cleaning and preventative maintenance.
• Produce quality parts/assemblies and reduce non-conformance costs.
• Complete testing, paperwork, and quality records.
• Follow safety/work instructions and keep work area clean.
