Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to safely and independently perform preventive, routine, and reactive maintenance on production equipment in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires an associate degree or technical training plus 3–5 years of maintenance experience, with strong PLC/CNC and electrical/electronic skills. Overtime and weekend work may be necessary; the company emphasizes safety and quality in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or Trade School in a technical field and a minimum of 3 years’ maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment or a high school diploma/GED equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform predictive, preventative, corrective and routine maintenance on production equipment.
  • Repair, maintain and troubleshoot CNC machines.
  • Repair, assemble and install electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic systems.
  • Calibrate process control equipment and instrumentation.
  • Rebuild, install, and make field repairs on centrifugal and diaphragm pumps.
  • Maintain motor starters, variable frequency drives, and servo controls.
  • Install piping, conduit, and raceway systems.
  • Perform facilities and building maintenance.
  • Document work activities using CMM.
