Job summary

Reader-Precision-Solutions is seeking an Industrial Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex electro-mechanical systems in a CNC-driven environment. You will work on electrical systems, motors, drives, PLCs, and precision mechanical components to maximize uptime and efficiency.

The role requires 5+ years in an industrial maintenance setting, strong wiring and fault-dinding skills, and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an industrial maintenance role, CNC environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AC/DC motors and drives, PLCs, and control panels.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, ladder logic, and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machines (mills, lathes, multi-axis, bar feeders).
• Maintain electrical systems including motors, drives, PLCs, and panels.
• Interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Install, align, and calibrate mechanical components (ball screws, spindles, bearings).
• Support CNC control systems (Fanuc, Siemens, Haas).
• Repair/retrofit/upgrade Swiss-style machines and feeders.
