Job summary

Our client’s advanced manufacturing team seeks a CNC EDM Machinist to own the full lifecycle of producing tight-tolerance components. You will review prints, plan, and set up EDM equipment (sinker, wire, or popper), then cut, test, and verify parts to exact specs, maintaining part IDs and clear handoffs to the next shift.

Responsibilities include inspection per GD&T, supporting grind operations, performing TPM, and upholding 6S and safety standards in a cell-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years operating wire or sinker EDMs (GD&T experience required).
• Able to read blueprints and planning documents.
• Familiarity with Siemens CNC controls is a plus.

• Produce and verify parts against specifications and check for burrs.
• Inspect to GD&T callouts and ensure surface integrity.

Step Into a Precision DayJoin our client’s advanced manufacturing team as a CNC EDM Machinist and own the full lifecycle of producing tight-tolerance components. Your day starts by reviewing prints and planning, then setting up and running EDM equipment (sinker, wire, or popper). You’ll cut, test, and verify parts to demanding engineering and customer specs, keep accurate part IDs and documentation, and hand off a clean, well-communicated status to the next shift.
