Job summary

Closets by Design - North Seattle is seeking a skilled Production Team member in Woodinville, WA to operate CNC nested router and edgebanding machinery, interpret CAD drawings, and ensure high-quality results.

You will maintain equipment, support quality and safety standards, and work as part of a collaborative shop, with opportunities to cross-train across zones and contribute to on-time project completion.

Qualifications

• Experience with woodworking equipment and hand tools is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Some woodworking experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience in woodworking or cabinet-making fields preferred (32mm systems).

Responsibilities

• Operate a nested router/CNC machine including loading and off loading material.
• Process materials to complete projects on time and of the highest quality.
• Interpret CAD drawings to ensure build plans are being met.
• Perform QA and calibration checks and routines.
• Follow quality and safety standards.
• Maintain shop equipment according to an established schedule.
• Understand cut lists for daily jobs.
• Additional tasks or projects as defined by the Production Manager.
• Cross-train to perform tasks in various zones.

Closets by Design - North Seattle is searching for the right candidate to join our Production Team in Woodinville, WA. We are looking for a qualified individual who can operate a CNC (nested router) and/or Edgebanding machine. Previous experience is a must. What we are looking for, is an individual that can match the standards, accept accountability, and stand behind their work. Someone that can help us continue to grow.
