Job summary

Closet Factory is seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our production team in a hands-on role. The ideal candidate will operate CNC and edge banding machines with precision and support laminate countertop fabrication when needed.

Responsibilities include manufacturing to our 32mm system standards, collaborating with teammates, and maintaining a safe, clean workspace while contributing to overall productivity and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator.
• Experience with edge banding machines.
• Preferred experience in laminate countertops.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work in a team.
• Spanish-speaking is preferred but not required.
