Job summary

The Gund Company is seeking a CNC Composites Operator I for our 2nd shift to manufacture thermoset composite materials. You will operate CNC equipment, set up tooling, load programs, and ensure quality through measurements and inspections.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, PTO and holidays, a 401(k) with a 50% match, ESOP and ongoing training. Prior hands-on manufacturing experience is preferred and safety PPE is required in a non-climate-controlled plant environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent vocational training.
• Hands-on manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC composite equipment and related presses, forming, extrusion or pultrusion machines.
• Set up tooling and load programs; adjust machine parameters for quality output.
• Perform in-process measurements and material inspections; deburr and finish edges.
