Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a CNC Operator or Machinist (preferred).

• High attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Comfort standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights.

Responsibilities

• Set up, load, and run CNC mills, lathes, and multitasking equipment.
• Monitor multiple machines during production to maintain flow and efficiency.
• Load and tweak programs to preserve part quality and takt time.
• Measure parts with calipers, micrometers, and gauges to confirm specs.
• Conduct in-process checks to meet blueprint requirements.
• Diagnose small issues; report significant malfunctions to maintenance or supervisors.
• Maintain coolant, check tooling condition, and keep machines/area clean.
• Move raw material and finished parts between machines; manage loading and unloading.
• Follow safety policies and company quality standards.
• Document production activities, inspections, and deviations.
