Job summary

Spherion Staffing & Recruiting is hiring a full-time CNC Press Brake Operator in the Duluth/Hermantown area to fabricate aluminum components with precision to meet specs and quality standards.

You will read blueprints, set up tools, adjust feed and back gauges, and perform quality checks with calipers and tape measures. This role requires a High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver's license, with paid benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Proficiency using basic hand tools and measuring instruments.
• Basic math skills and strong mechanical aptitude.
• Physical ability to stand for up to 8 hours daily and lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC press brake machinery to produce precision aluminum components according to engineering specs and drawings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, setup sheets, and work instructions to ensure accurate part fabrication.
• Adjust machine settings, tooling, and back gauges as needed to maintain consistency and dimensional accuracy.
• Inspect finished parts using precision tools (calipers, tape measures, squares) for quality and conformance.
• Perform routine machine checks and basic preventive maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while adhering to all safety protocols and wearing required PPE.

Are you a skilled machine operator or someone mechanically inclined with a passion for precision work? Spherion Staffing & Recruiting is hiring a full-time CNC Press Brake Operator for a premier manufacturing facility in the Duluth/Hermantown area. In this role, you will play a key part in the precision fabrication of high-quality aluminum components, ensuring parts meet exact specifications and quality standards.

Starting Pay: $25.00 - $27.00/hour (Depending on Experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8AM - 4:30PM
