Hadrian is seeking an Applications Engineer to drive 0-1 machining solutions and scale our Factory network across the US. You will collaborate with Applications Engineering, CAM Operations, Software, and Robotics to push machining capabilities and automate workflows.

The role emphasizes solving complex manufacturing challenges and enabling lights-out production with data-driven process control. You will develop machining strategy, tooling, workholding, probing, and inspection plans for

Qualifications

• Proven track record solving difficult manufacturing problems.
• Depth in machining, automation, or software for manufacturing.
• Knowledge of tooling, workholding, GD&T, inspection, and process validation.

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing processes for aerospace/defense components.
• Take 0-1 NPI parts from print to production.
• Build automation, process control, and software workflows for autonomous production.
• Set standards adopted across Hadrian factories.
• Diagnose and fix high-impact production issues across process, equipment, and software.
