Qualifications

• Experience maintaining manufacturing equipment.
• Welding and fabrication experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
• Support installation, startup, repair, and maintenance of production equipment.
• Investigate equipment failures and recommend permanent corrective actions.
• Improve machine reliability and reduce downtime.
• Analyze production processes to improve throughput and reduce scrap.
• Develop process improvements and process controls.
