DN Solutions America seeks an Application Engineering Manager to lead the Chicago Technical Center Applications Engineering team in Schaumburg, IL. You will direct daily engineering operations, oversee turnkey projects, ensure showroom readiness, and mentor a high-performing group of engineers.

Reporting to the Director of Applications Engineering, you will drive advanced manufacturing initiatives, digital automation, and customer-focused demonstrations while collaborating with cross-functional

Qualifications

Experience leading technical teams in manufacturing.
Hands-on CNC machining and turnkey projects experience.
Ability to lead customer visits and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
Strong project management and showroom maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of the Applications Engineering Department, coordinating schedules, resources, and priorities.
Oversee and deliver customer demonstrations, turnkey engineering solutions, tool validations, and training programs.
Maintain showroom readiness of the Chicago Technical Center and customer-ready CNC machinery and automation cells.
Direct engineering execution for industry trade shows, open houses, and customer events.
Coach and mentor Applications Engineers, promoting accountability and collaboration.
Collaborate with Sales, Service, Marketing, Facilities, Operations, and Leadership to ensure project delivery.
