Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Applications Engineering Department.
• Oversee customer turnkey projects and machine tool demonstrations.
• Ensure showroom readiness and facility operations.
• Direct engineering for major industry shows and events.
• Mentor and develop Applications Engineers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Marketing, Facilities, Operations, and Leadership.
• Coordinate with tooling partners and international engineering teams.
• Establish standards, SOPs, and best practices for the department.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and career development.
