Job summary

HFO Midwest is seeking ambitious CNC Applications Engineers for the Cincinnati, Ohio territory. The role focuses on part programming of CNC machine tools, process development, and customer training in an industrial environment.

You will conduct pre-sale activities, write engineering reports, and develop turnkey proposals while traveling regionally to support customers. Candidates should have at least 3 years of CNC experience, knowledge of HAAS controls, CAD/CAM proficiency, and excellent

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on machining with CNC machines.
• Knowledge of HAAS controls; distributor or builder experience a plus.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software is required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Frequent travel within the regional territory.

Responsibilities

• Part programming of CNC machine tools and process development.
• Provide customer training in CNC machining in an industrial environment.
• Prepare turnkey proposals and cost estimates after evaluating opportunities.
• Program and set up CNC lathes and milling machines.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of product lines and provide technical support.
