Responsibilities

• Assist Sales by providing technical information on Mazak machine tools.
• Provide part processing and machine recommendations to match part volumes.
• Calculate cycle time estimates for machine operations.
• Compute cost to manufacture parts including labor, tooling and work holding costs.
• Conceptually design work holding and tooling as needed.
• Demonstrate machine operation at trade shows and open house events.
• Rig and install machines at centers and events; provide customer training.
• Perform test cuts to prove processing concepts and machine capability.
• Lead turnkey process development with statistical analysis of part measurements.
• Travel approximately 15%.
