Job summary

Hi-Tek Manufacturing, Inc. in Mason, OH is seeking experienced CNC Machinists to advance their career in advanced manufacturing technology. You will set up and operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis milling machines, VTLs, lathes, and grinders, and work to meet precise customer specifications.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
CNC Machining certificate preferred or acceptable work experience.
Must meet ITAR definition of 120.15 U.S. person.
Knowledge of Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Okuma controls a plus.
Good technical math skills and ability to read drawings.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines including 3-, 4-, and 5-axis milling, VTLs, horizontal lathes, creep feed, and grinders.
Upload/download and edit CNC programs as required.
Interpret op sheets, blueprints, and travelers to meet specifications.
Verify conformance with precision measuring tools and CMMs.
Maintain CNC knowledge, adjust offsets, reprogram controls, and replace worn tools.
