Job summary

Right at Home Wilmington is seeking CNAs, PCAs, and experienced caregivers to provide compassionate one-on-one care in clients' homes. Earn $16–$18 per hour, with pay tied to qualifications and assignment.

Choose your hours and have the opportunity to pick up extra shifts as they become available. We offer weekly pay, paid training, PTO, holiday and overtime pay when applicable, mileage reimbursement and paid travel time where relevant.

Qualifications

• CNA, PCA, HHA or prior caregiving experience.
• Experience assisting with ADLs.
• Comfortable with personal care.
• Own reliable vehicle.
• Able to speak, read, write and understand English.
• Available at least 2 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care and assist with daily activities.
• Maintain dependable, punctual attendance for assigned shifts.
• Communicate with clients and supervisor about needs and changes.

We're looking for dependable professionals who want to provide meaningful one-on-one care while having a schedule that works with their lives. Choice your own hours AND have the opportunity to pick up extra shifts when they are available!

PAY

$16–$18/hour, depending on qualifications and assignment.

CNAs may qualify for higher pay on applicable assignments.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
