Eldercare at Home is a private-pay home care provider serving New Hanover, Brunswick, and Pender counties. We offer full-time CNA and PCA roles with 20–40 hours per week and per diem options, along with a range of benefits. Pay ranges from $14 to $18 per hour and includes weekly pay with direct deposit.

Shifts vary including 4, 8, or 12 hours; overtime and weekend coverage are available. We welcome caregivers at all experience levels, including new graduates and students seeking patient care

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience as a caregiver and a valid driver's license.
• Must have valid auto insurance for client transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and companionship.
• Provide transportation for errands and appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping and ensure client comfort.
• Support clients with daily activities and emotional well-being.

Pay Rate

• PCAs: $14.00-$16.00/hr
• CNAs: $16.00-$18.00/hr

Overnight and weekend caregivers are needed!

Shifts are 4, 8, or 12 hours long, and we are hiring for all shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnights!

As a Caregiver You will:

Caregivers play a vital role in providing compassionate, person-centered care to clients. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, companionship, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and ensuring physical and emotional comfort for those in need.

Qualifications

6 Months of experience as a Caregiver, along with a valid driver's license and insurance (as client transportation is part of the role). Whether you're a new CNA grad, an experienced caregiver, or a PA or nursing student seeking direct patient care hours, we welcome you to apply!
