Job summary

Grande Assisted Living of Ada LLC in Ada, Oklahoma, is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our care team. You will assist residents with daily living activities and support medication management and vital sign monitoring under supervision.

The ideal candidate has a CNA or Health Care Aid certification, at least 1 year of CNA experience, and strong communication skills to coordinate with healthcare professionals and families, while maintaining dignity and safety.

Qualifications

• CNA or Health Care Aide certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year CNA experience.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to follow care plans and medication schedules.
• Capable of assisting with mobility and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication management and administration, as directed by a healthcare professional
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member
• Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning
• Other duties as assigned
