Required Qualifications

• Completion of Oregon State Board of Nursing recognized Acute Care CNA 2 course or equivalent
• Grandfathered to CNA 2 per OSBN requirements
• Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
• Criminal background check as per DHS requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a CNA 2
