Required Qualifications

• Completion of an OSBN-recognized Acute Care CNA 2 course or equivalent education/experience
• Grandfathered CNA 2 status per OSBN requirements
• Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association upon hire
• Criminal background check as required by DHS

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of experience as a CNA 2
