Qualifications

• Medical health clearance including negative TB test required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing and transfers.
• Prepare meals and assist with medications reminders.
• Light housekeeping and monitoring health changes.
• Monitor BP and glucose levels as directed.
• Support client with Parkinson's care according to written plan.

Qualifications

• Will need current CPR and First Aid Certification
• Current CNA license
• Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have good oral and written communication skills
• Must be able to understand care plans and assessments
• Must have current doctor's medical health clearance to work which includes a negative TB Test

Responsibilities
