Job summary

Siena Lakes by Erickson Senior Living in Naples, FL is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) for part-time shifts. You will administer medications, assist residents with daily living activities, and support clinical teams to meet resident needs with compassion and professionalism.

Requirements include 18+ years of age, CNA certification valid in Florida, Medication Administration certification, and current BLS/First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication to residents as prescribed.

Location: Siena Lakes by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team as a Certified Medication Aide (CMAs). Our CMAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.

Compensation: Pay range from $20/hour to $25/hour

Available Part Time shift:

• Days (7 AM to 3:30 PM) - Week 1: Sunday and Friday, Week 2: Tuesday and Saturday
• Afternoons (3 PM to 11:30 PM) - Week 1: Sunday and Friday, Week 2: Tuesday and Saturday

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
• Administration of medication to residents

What you will need

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred
• Minimum of 1 years of Medication Administration experience required
• Current BLS and 1st aid certification required
