Job summary

Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) at Siena Lakes in Naples, Florida. The CMA role focuses on supporting residents with their daily living needs while providing personalized care. We offer a collaborative work environment and competitive compensation of $20-$25 per hour.

The ideal candidate will possess a valid CNA certification and experience in medication administration. You’ll work with a dedicated clinical team ensuring residents receive top-notch care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of Medication Administration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.

Overview

Location: Siena Lakes by Erickson Senior Living. Join our team as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA). Our CMAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.

Compensation

Compensation: Pay range from $20/hour to $25/hour

Schedule

Schedule: This role will be scheduled on an "as needed" basis

How You Will Make An Impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
• Administration of medication to residents

What You Will Need

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of Medication Administration experience preferred
• Current CPR certification preferred
