Qualifications

• Current Louisiana CNA certification required.
• Current Medication Administration (MA) certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients with minimal assistance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Friendly, patient, and compassionate attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities and medication administration as directed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and medication administration.
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices.
