Job summary

BrightCare HomeCare LLC is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant Home Health Aide to provide in-home care. You will assist with ADLs, monitor client conditions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality, dignified care.

You will maintain records, offer emotional support, and contribute to individualized care plans while supporting client independence in their own homes.

Qualifications

• CNA certification in Louisiana required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of home health care experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to clients in their homes.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions to nurses and healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with care teams to implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate records of client care and progress.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients and families.
