Job summary

Liberty Commons of Alamance County in Burlington, NC seeks an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and daily living activities, while maintaining accurate care records and assisting the charge nurse. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Applicants must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, be listed on the DFS registry, and commit to compassionate geriatric care, with participation in in-service training and staff

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant: must be listed in the DFS registry.
• Willingness to care for geriatric patients and follow orders.
• Attend in-service training and staff meetings as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and all ADLs.
• Assist with oral hygiene including denture care.
• Completes patient care records at end of shift, including accurate I and O.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Assist charge nurse with resident needs and treatments as directed.
