Job summary

Liberty Healthcare Management Louisburg Health & Rehab Center in North Carolina seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate team. You will assist residents with bathing, dressing, ADLs, and oral hygiene, while maintaining accurate care records and collaborating with the charge nurse.

Requirements include being 18+, HS diploma or equivalent, and a valid CNA listed in the DFS registry. Willing to care for geriatric residents and follow orders.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified nursing assistant listed in the DFS registry.
• Willing to care for geriatric patients and follow orders.
• Attend in-service training and other staff meetings as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and all ADLs.
• Assist with oral hygiene including denture care as needed.
• Complete patient care records at end of shift, including I and O.
• Assist charge nurse with resident needs and treatments as directed.
