Job summary

Liberty Health Benson, North Carolina, is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join Liberty Commons of Johnston County. The role focuses on assisting residents with ADLs, hygiene, and daily care in a compassionate environment.

The position requires a valid CNA license (DFS registry), 18+ years old, and willingness to follow orders. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered and background checks are conducted.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant listed in the DFS registry.
• Willing to care for geriatric patients and follow orders.
• Attend in-service trainings and staff meetings as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene and ADLs as needed.
• Assist with oral hygiene including denture care when getting up, after meals, at bedtime, and when needed.
• Completes patient care records at end of shift, including accurate I and O.
• Performs other duties as assigned and assists charge nurse with resident needs and treatments.
