Job summary
Virginia Home Care Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for immediate hire to support clients on weekends in Arlington.
This is a part-time position with weekend availability (Friday–Sunday) for dedicated caregivers who value high-quality care in a professional healthcare setting. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, mobility support, meal assistance, light housekeeping, and reporting changes to the care team.
Qualifications
- Active CNA license is required.
- Weekend availability: Friday–Sunday is required.
- Prior caregiving or healthcare experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety at all times.
- Prepare light meals and assist with feeding if needed.
- Perform light housekeeping related to client care.
- Monitor and report changes in client condition to the care team.
- Maintain a respectful, professional environment.
