Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to work alongside caregivers delivering daily nursing care and compassionate support to residents under their plan of care. You’ll help with ADLs, monitor changes, and collaborate with the team to ensure comfort and safety.

The role includes weekend shifts with a $2.50 hourly Weekend Package incentive, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active state CNA Certification required.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (hygiene, turning, lifting, positioning, transporting).
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition and make independent decisions when needed.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure patient comfort and well-being.
• Provide companionship and encouragement to residents; maintain a safe, clean environment.
