Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) at Greenleaf Health Campus in Elkhart, Indiana. CNAs will provide daily nursing care, companionship, and support according to each resident’s plan of care.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, observing changes in residents’ condition, and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment while collaborating with the care team. Weekend shifts with incentives apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state CNA certification.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) work alongside fellow caregivers to provide each of your residents with daily nursing care and services based on the resident’s plan of care and individual needs. CNAs also provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living)

Weekend Package Program details

• Works a minimum of 2*(8hr) or (12hr) shifts every weekend
• The Weekend Package incentive is an additional $2.50/hour working between the hours of 6pm on Friday to 7am on Monday.
• Additional shift differentials apply when working evening or night shifts on the weekends
