Job summary

Preferred candidates have nursing home/LTC experience, NYS CNA certification, valid photo ID, and up-to-date physicals/PPD and MMR titers as part of the requirements for employment.
Qualifications
- Some experience in Nursing Home or LTC facility preferred.
- Valid photo ID.
- NYS certified CNA.
- Physical & 1 PPD/X-Ray (Physical, 1 PPDs - dated less than 1yr old).
- MMRs (Lab Work, Titers).
